Best way to get from Disney to US/IOA Mears shuttle or taxi ?

What is the cheapest way to get to Universal Studios from POFQ at Disney taxi or Mears Shuttle for 2 adults and 1 child ? Anyone have any idea what the taxi would cost ? I know Mears is 18$ for an adult, is that round trip? Thanks for any information
