Best Way to get from Boardwalk to Riviera?

We have reservations at Topolinos at 7:45 on 1/22. I had planned on walking to HS then grabbing the Skyliner to Riviera. Had the epiphany that the skyliner might not be running that early.

Anyone know?
Trying to avoid using Uber/Lyft, but will if we must.

You might have to use Lyft/Uber/Mears to get there but not back. However you are closer to the Epcot entrance of the Skyliner by both walking and boat. I do recall seeing them moving that early when I was there in September.

The Epcot/CBR Skyliner is more likely to be working at that time of day, to get people from Yacht & Beach and BW to Topolino’s breakfast as well as people from CBR and RIV to Trattoria al Forno breakfast, than the DHS/CBR line is.
