Hello! I am arriving at Disney with my grand daughter April 11th, it's our 10th annual Grandma Grand daughter birthday trip and we look forward to it every year...planning begins as soon as we leave the parks! This year I was lucky enough to snag a FP for Flight of Passage at Animal Kingdom @ 7:00 on our arrival evening; however, we also have reservations at Morimoto in Disney Springs for 9:30. My question is what would be the fastest way to get to Disney Springs from Animal Kingdom. Should we use Disney transportation or should I plan to drive to Animal Kingdom from our resort and then leave after our FP and drive to Disney Springs.

Any advice would be appreciated! Thanks in advance. :thanks:

Direct Buses to Disney Springs from DAK are available starting at 4:00 PM.

They are "One Way" buses-buses DO NOT go from Disney Springs to the Parks EVER.:)

You would need to catch a bus back to your Resort at Disney Springs.

I would go with the buses over driving, but I am a "BUS Person"!lol(NO driving for me for the whole WDW Vacation.)

Fastest would be to just drive yourself.

You can take the DS bus from AK to DS after 4pm, but there won't be a bus to return you to a park. You can bus from DS to your resort if you're on site.

My order of options would be to drive myself, Disney bus, then uber

Thank you! I was thinking about driving myself, just was not certain if it would be a confusing drive but I suppose that's what Waze is for :-) I'm just a little concerned about how often the buses arrive to the park to take you downtown and would hate to miss our reservation.

It's an easy drive...I do it all the time, from the AllStars. Leave AK, onto Osceola, there is an exit to the AllStar resorts almost immediately. Take that, then take a left onto Buena Vista, go straight all the way to DS. I would park at the Lime garage..it's a bit closer to the restaurant. The drive will take you about 15 mins, or so, depending on traffic.
If you decide to take the bus, you won't be late either. If you are on-time for your FoP FP, you should be done by 8:00...yes, it can take up to an your even with FP. Exit the park immediately, get the DS bus. It shouldn't take more than an hour to get from AK to DS using the bus.

Hi, i'm looking to get from lake buena vista to hoop de doo , can I get a taxi or uber?

You can taxi or Uber to the "entrance" to Fort Wilderness.

You will then transfer to an Internal Bus and get off at The Settlement Depot, which is where The Hoop is located.

If you decide to drive, which actually is not the quickest method, an alternative route is to do what the Disney DS buses do, or did, it's been a while.

Exit AK onto Osceola Pkwy and at the Victory Way/ESPN intersection, take a left onto Victory Way, then take a right onto Buena Vista Dr. This route bypasses the handful of lights between the All Stars resort and Victory Way.

This route is subject to the construction activity for the new DHS entrance. During most times of the day it's ok. At worse, it may mean a 5 minute or so delay.
