best way to get from airport to disneyland?

We get nonstop flights from Denver to SNA on southwest but they've always been more expensive so we fly LAX. This time I was able to get $42 flights to SNA so I booked it- because regardless of where you're coming from, it IS the most convenient airport in proximity to the park. LAX is fine though.

One other thing to note about using a shared shuttle (like Super Shuttle): price out transportation from the airport to a couple of different locations nearby. I found that I said I wanted to be dropped off at Disneyland, the price was much higher than if I said I wanted to be dropped off at the Paradise Pier Hotel or Best Western motel, both of which are across the street from Disneyland. I'm not sure if there is some kind of fee associated with Disneyland drop-offs, but the price difference was pretty pronounced.

I had SuperShuttle from LAX for $77 RT, but cancelled because of the not-so-great things I heard on here about reliability. I was planning to do Uber or Lyft because they seemed like the best choice (even though I prefer something set in stone as opposed to spontaneous). So that is what probably led me to book a rental car. It also helped that Advantage with all the fees cost $100 for a whole week. I've used them before and they're as good as any of the other rental places. The only downfall is that our hotel charges $15 a day to park. I'd still rather have the convenience of coming and going when I please for the extra few bucks.

I like Uber from SNA. When heading back to the airport, don't use the "pin" to identify your location. At Disneyland hotel lobby, that pin can put you at the closest public road over by AMC movie theatre at DTD. Plug in Disneyland hotel and you should have any problems.
