Best way to get cheapest one day Disneyland tickets for Canadians?

What is the best way to get one day Disneyland tickets for Canadians. My sister may or may not want park hopper tickets. She and her family live in Vancouver?

If she wants multiday tickets, does Disneyland offer the no expiration option, just like WDW? I ask that, because they go down to LA at least once a year, and for most of those visits, they try to go to Disneyland.

last time we went to DL i got our passes through the hotel that we stayed at and it was a bit cheaper then getting them at the parks but not by much thou
