best way to epcot from port orleans riverside

We want to be at EPCOT for RD. What is best way to get to EPCOT from POR Riverside. Is walking ok or does it take you away from the main gate?

You can't walk. There are no sidewalks. You need to take the bus.

Walking from one to the other is extremely impractical. You would have to cross streams, walk through woods, cross 4-lane highways, etc. The Disney buses are free and very efficient.
