Best Way to Do Room Requests?

What's the best way to do a room request? I booked my trip through AmEx, cashing in Membership Miles for 3 nights lagoon view at the GF (very happy about that!), but the upshot is that I have not had a chance to make a room request.

Should I call Disney, or the resort, or send a FAX or e-mail (and if so, to whom)?

You have to have the agent at AMEX make the request. They own the reservation until you check in.
