Best way to "do" EPCOT

I'm looking at my EPCOT map & it just seems huge! What is the best way to see it all? We will be going late Sept (dh, me, dd4, dd11mo). I have a ps for PSB at 10:20am so I figured I would do FW b4 the ps. I didn't have that much planned. This trip is specifically for dd4 so we are not doing the fun stuff that mom & dad want to do!! I figured the only FW stuff she would like is:
Living Seas
Ice Station Cool
Innoventions fountain shows, etc
Imagination Figment show
Not sure about HISTA, she is not scared very easily but not sure if dd11mo would like it!
Can I do all that b4 10:20am? I'm going on an EE day but I forgot to see what is open during EE.
Anyway, after PSB I figured we would finish up WS at the kidcot stations, see the shows & ride some rides (no movies) & then head home.
How long will this take? I am figuring it will be long enough that we'll need to grab lunch around 2pm & maybe we can finish any FW stuff after lunch since we need to go right past it again to get to the bus. Lunch at Garden Grill? We'll go right past it. Or Living Seas - we'll go right past it too?
Argh, I can't figure out what to do. Need advice from others who went to EPCOT just for kids!

I think you can do all that before 10:20. I haven't gone to Epcot on EE because not much for little ones is open. I know they have Test Track and Mission Space and a couple of other things. I'm sure someone here can give you the specifics. I've avoided HISTA since my 8 yo niece freaked out in it. It's really loud, and my 3 yo (who's not scared of anything) was a little nervous during Muppetvision. The 3D is hard for little ones to get used to. Take your time in World Showcase. My 3 yo really loved it, and I found it to be more relaxing than the rest of WDW. There's lots of little nooks and crannies and live entertainment where you don't have to wait in line.

Both of my DDs loved EPCOT this year. My 5 year old enjoyed the Land Boat Ride (Living with the Land), the Image Works at Imagination and the Imag Ride, Living Seas, Spaceship Earth and Test Track. There is also an opportunity for the kids to help make cookies at the food court in the Land. We missed this and DD was very disappointed. Be sure to check that out too!

The Kidcot stations are fun too. The only things in World Showcase that she enjoyed were the boat rides in Norway and Mexico. She did want to ride one of the Friendship launches though so you might think about trying that.

Good luck and have fun!
