DW & I are planning a weekend get-away in September & are stuck on a minor detail - What's the best way to get from Orlando International Airport to WDW (Specifically WL)?

We have used the Mears Buses before (and probably will this trip), but - on our last trip - we had a larger party (7) and opted to use a Towncar Service (Specifically Tiffany). We loved the Towncar compared to Mears - But we don't know that it would be worth it to get a Towncar Service for just 2 passengers.

I was just wondering what everyone else thought - I'm not sure we can go back to Mears after the Towncar!

I flat out won't use Mears. One senic trip of Orlando was ALL I needed. Yep, you might get lucky and go right to your hotel, but you might not.

For my weekend trips I rent a car. I can usually get one for not much more then the limo and that way I control my departure and arrival times.

Least expensive - Mears ----------------- Best - Towncar. DH and I did an adult trip a few years ago and opted for towncar even though it was a little more expensive. We think it's worth a little more to avoid the scenic route.

Hey Thanx for the Advice - We will probably go with the Towncar - B/c we are NOT crazy about the Scenic Route either!

Renting a car would probably be close to the same price for a 4-day trip, but that would bring on a whole lot of other problems - getting the car, driving from MCO to WDW without getting lost, toll roads...

We just used Tiffany Towncar after many years of Mears transport and will not go back. It is less expensive for us to use the Towncar and the convenience and added luxury were wonderful! I was very impressed. :Pinkbounc

Hubby and I used to use Mears before we knew about towncars. Now we use Happy Limo, and I would DEFINITELY do a towncar even with just two people. The personalized service is well worth the money because I don't like being crowded in with lots of people and then enduring multiple stops on the way to my hotel.
