Best way from Dolphin to MK (alone with stroller and baby)

Stroller is a big one. Baby is 10 months, can be in sling. What is the most efficient way for me to get her to MK first thing in the morning. Can we go through EPCOT World Showcase and walk her to monorail without fooling with folding the stroller and carrying her? Will they let me do that early in the a.m. for instance if MK and EPCOT open at the same time?
Or is it less trouble and faster to just suck it up and deal with the hassle of the stroller on a bus from the Dolphin?

If you don't have an AP or a park pass with park hopping, you can't cut through EPCOT and go to MK - that would be two parks on one day! I'd put baby in sling, and try to carry your stroller upstairs with her (but be careful, don't get hurt!) and see how easy/hard it is for you. If you can do it comfortably, take the bus. If it's a really hard task, and you have park hopping, go through EPCOT, etc. It will take you longer, and you can't get into EPCOT until opening, but it's doable.

You also need to note that the buses arriving at the Dolphin may already be quite full with folks from the Swan and/or Boardwalk, so there may not be room for a large stroller!

Does this happen a lot? I would definitely not be thrilled with having to wait for another bus.

How about a taxi to TTC and then the boat over to MK?
Well, that's a whole different issue because then we have to carry the carseat on the taxi? Was hoping to avoid having it except to and from the airport.

As it happens, my sister will be there with her very large SUV, so we could carpool with her to the TTC and leave the car seat in her car. Still not ideal, because then we have the stroller with the trams. Is there a TTC dropoff where she could let us skip the tram and then go park the car?

We stayed at the Dolphin for 11 days last month and never had to wait for a second bus. Several times the bus was empty. I would stick with the bus.

I have stayed at the Swan quite often, MK buses are mostly close to empty.

Well, that makes me feel better. Thanks. Practiced hauling the stroller up and down steps with the baby in a sling today and did ok, so we might just brave the buses.
