Best way from Comfort Suites Maingate East (old town) to Disney parks

What is the best and fastest way from Comfort Suites Maingate East (Old Town) to the 4 Disney parks? When we stayed at Sunset Lakes this summer there was a great shortcut I heard about on here to worked great. What is the best way to go from Old Town? We usually go early to be there for rope drop. We are going the last week of March.

From Old Town, 192 (Irlo Bronson) west is a straight shot to the original main entrance of Disney (World Drive), hence the words Main Gate in your hotel's name.

Further to the west on 192 is Sherberth Rd. a favorite shortcut for hotels out there (some have Main Gate West in their names). It brings you near Animal Kingdom and AK Lodge.

Still further is 529 (Western Beltway) which from that vantage point provides a somewhat circuitous way through a toll plaza to Disney via Hartzog Rd. (becomes Western Way) and then to Buena Vista Drive.
