Bus or boat from wilderness lodge to mk and then monorail or boat to poly. Or uber. Reverse that the other direction.

Boat to contemporary, then monorail to poly. The walk through the contemporary will be more pleasant than the walk at MK.

Lyft is by far and away the best way to get between the two.
