 I am in the process of planning a spa/drinking day with some girlfriends during our next trip to WDW. Just wondering where and what your favorites are.

:thanks:

On the Boardwalk. Right now its about a $10 cover charge. They are pretty good. It's basically all request and they can do anything from Billy Joel to The Beastie Boys to Lady Gaga and everything in between. My girlfriend and I like to make it a night where we have dinner at Flying Fish, watch some performers who are out on the Boardwalk, then head into JR's for a few hours and drink and sing along. If you want a table try to get there by about 9, after that it basically becomes standing room only.

I believe it's on the Boardwalk.

Thank you. :)

Is it a piano bar or is there a band? I love piano bars. The one in the NYNY in Vegas is a blast. Thanks!!!!

I love the bar/lounge area of the Polynesian (it's better late afternoon or late evening). It's crowded and loud when people are waiting to be seated at Ohana.

They have the best mojitos and a drink called a Lapu Lapu that I've never tried.

:lovestruc Love mojitos and the ambiance of the Poly. :thumbsup2 I have had the Lapu Lapu at 'Ohana and while yummy, they serve it in a very thick pineapple without much drink. ;)

Looks like we may need to plan another day of drinking.

Bluezoo is probably the most creative.

For the hotels we are fans of the Crew's Cup at the Yacht Club, Mizner's at the Floridian, Wave at Contemporary.

In the parks, Tune In at DHS and Dawa at AK plus the amazing La Cava at Epcot.

Awesome, great info. I have heard of the Crew's Cup- looks good.

I truly didn't realize how many options there were. :cool1:

My dad hits up local watering holes where we live on the weekends. When we went to Disney, his favorite place to end each night with a drink was at the bar at Poly. Not too crowded and he was able to keep up with the college basketball March Madness scores on the TV :thumbsup2

Try Mitzner's louge at The GF. My friend had a really good Lemon Drop Martini, and the prices were reasonable. It was pretty comfortable, and the service was good. A relaxing place.

Definitely Jellyrolls. Love that place.

Getting a drink at the bar at Sanaa and hanging outside by the fireplace watching the animals on the savanna is pretty cool, too.

House of Blues at Downtown Disney is a pretty cool bar. Very eclectic.

Monorail bar hopping is always fun. The Wave, 'Ohana, and Narcoossees all have nice places to have a drink.

La Cava in the Mexico pavilion in Epcot is awesome.

The Rose and Crown in England is a great place to have a drink, too.

Poly is a must!

Soooooo yummy. And the Grand Marnier Slushies are awesome too! :cool1:

I agree. Not much to drink....though what we had was intensely sweet (especially after a vodka martini at Mizner's). :drinking1

Another vote for Mizner's. :thumbsup2 I had the GM slushie but prefer the GG one. DH liked the GM one though.

Raglan Road - they have a Bailey's Irish Cream shake that is great!

:cloud9: That sounds good. DH would be mad if I was this close to Guinuess on draft and he wasn't. Maybe we'll do Raglan as couple's.

Mizner's again. Love a good Lemon Drop. Reasonable price at Disney? :faint:

Jellyrolls does sound fun. Do you have to get their early?

HoB is a great idea too especially if someone good is playing. :thumbsup2

I was sent a photo of the Margarita flight at La Cava. :lovestruc
