Best Value Resort for Relaxing?

If you are looking for quiet then I suggest Music too. That seems to be the one everyone says is also more adult oriented.
But I would book soon as the suites may be all booked up at this point. This is really last minute in Disneys eyes. Also be sure to make any dinner reservations asap too.

Honestly, I don't find any of the value resorts to be anywhere close to "peaceful" or "relaxing". We do stay there sometimes, but, on those trips, I find that I never really feel like I get a chance to unwind.

I would agree, though, that of all of those Music is the quietest, generally.

I think that depends on what you consider relaxation to be. Everyone is different. For me ANY hotel will work as long as I am not home!
