Best unexpected treat

OK I am making my 22nd trek to the WDW and the first back in 2 years. I'd love to hear everyone's best most unexpected treat/recommendation/suggestion for restaurants or surprises.

I've done all the basics a number of times.

The peach schnapps tea at the new(er) Joy of Tea stand in China. Not even on my radar and not mentioned on here prior - we were walking past, I was thristy, stopped and bought one to share with my mom and sister. One sip was all it took before I told them they had to buy their own!
