Best travel book about Orlando that isn't all about Disney or Universal

Hi Guys! I have a TON of travel guides for Disney. I'm wondering what your recommendations for books that are about Orlando itself not WDW or Universal. Everything I find is about both of those. I'd like a travel guide about everything else.

Trip advisor could help because they list multiple places to visit.

If you are with AAA they have travel guides on their app.

Just goggle Orlando places to visit.

You can ask here, too. I'll start by saying there's Holy Land and a Children's museum.
