Best transportation from Port Canaveral to WDW? Plus disembark time Q

Hi, we're taking a 3-night cruise in April with extended family and afterwards are doing a household only trip to the parks. Any recs on the best way to get to the parks from the cruise port? Family of 4 and would like something clean and safe and on larger size to minimize motion sickness. Also, how flexible is the disembark time? (I've never been on a cruise). Like is everyone off the boat at 7:30am or is that when it starts but you have a few hours or...? Thanks!!

Early walk off starts as soon as the boat has cleared customs and there are 2 breakfast seatings in the MDR (early/late). I know there's a final time - I think it's around 9ish or maybe 9:30?

If you are staying at a WDW resort, easiest transportation option might be DCL Transfers, though that may not be least expensive or fastest depending on circumstances. It's a large coach bus, most other options will be a car or SUV; the trip to WDW is ~45 minutes, though the bus may make other stops before yours.

As PP says, debarkation typically begins around 7:30am, and by 9am they are strongly encouraging guests towards the exit. Everyone must vacate staterooms by 8am. You'll be assigned a breakfast on the last morning based on your dinner rotation, and there really is nothing else to do onboard so no reason to hang around after eating.
