Hi all as the title says really :)

I've never thought to use one before as I always go at pretty quite times, with the previous GAC and the only place that was ever busy was Epcot on F&W wk ends!

I'm guessing going at the end of June into July will require some planning lol!!
Help please

Touringplans.com have an app called Lines which is great. It does require a subscription though.

The wait times are more accurate than MDE though.

The subscription is about $10 a year. I think mine came off my card when I renewed a couple of months ago at around £6

Of all the things I buy/pay for or invest in for my Disney trips, I can honestly say my Touringplans subscription gives me the best bang for my buck. It's been five years since we went at a really busy time but I'm not going overboard with the planning. I possibly may have to a greater extent had it not been for this FP+ but I feel I am being compelled to plan things I normally didn't so I'm going to use TP's and just roll with it this time and see how we go

Just a thought, if you have (or get) the Unofficial guide to WDW book (I just got mine last week - it's heavy reading, but if you can be bothered, it has some great stuff in it), you get a discount with touringplans as I think they are part of the same thing. Not sure how much discount you get. I believe, from reading, that you have to have the current ed, that being 2014.

Yes I also feel I'm having to plan more because if the time of year, but feel grateful I can at least book 3 FP rides a day :)

Normally we would book alot of TS meals but due to it being so different for us in June/July then normal, I'm only booking around 4 each wk a few breakfast buffets and a few evening meals!

I think due to the weather we will be having more pool time then normal, we will more then likely get up early every other day, go to the park to get what we can in! Back to the pool for a good few hours then try and nap early enough that we get up by 8 to go out for the night,

I was only thinking a few wks ago that even though I've been to disney 25 or more times since a child, if love to read this book lol!

I've just gone and subscribed to touring plans as it was only $12 or so but I'm going to order the book now :)

It's worth getting, I've bought two editions in the last three years as I like to keep up to date :) I always seem to learn something new from them!

Shame you missed out on the discount but I guess it won't be much anyway.

Be prepared - it's rather lengthy (to be fair, I've found myself cutting out huge chunks - things like the stats behind the tour plans - doesn't really interest me tbh, but I guess it does some!). I had it at the pool last night (DD was at lifeguards) and I could see people looking at this huge book I had :lmao:!

But, yes, I have learnt a great deal so far - it's really good for little snippets ::yes:: Or, if you are having trouble dropping off to sleep :rotfl2:.

I am sorry that I didn't know you were doing this as there is an online discount code even if you don't have the book. They seem to automatically apply a discount every time you renew once you have a subscription. I've had one since 2008 and renew it ever year and never paid full price for the sub. If you log in and look under your subscription details on the right hand side of the screen you should see it even now
