Best time to visit DLR in early 2008?

We were planning on a WDW trip in January 08 but now that we have been to DLR, we're toying with the idea of going there instead. It's much closer and much cheaper, and we liked it just as well, especially with two kids under 3 - we don't need Epcot, etc. because they could entertain themselves for an entire week at the Magic Kingdom alone.

In any event, I hear the weather is kind of iffy early in the year, but I don't want to go in March because I am imagining a lot of school kids will be on spring break then. Any suggestions on whether there is a good time to go in January or February, in terms of weather, crowds, etc.?

Thanks!

Here's a link to a site that has information on park attendance, including which times of year are most/least crowded:

According to the graph, it looks like anytime after the week of New Years Day and before the last week in February is good, though I've read that holidays are pretty crowded. I would presume that Martin Luther King Day/weekend might be busy, and Presidents' Day/weekend.

If it's crowds you're worried about, then early Feb. is a great time to go. In 06, we were there from Sunday to Friday. I don't remember the exact date, but that Sunday was Super Bowl Sunday. It was pretty crowded, but not unbearable. Monday thru Thursday there were hardly any crowds, and Friday was crowded only if you compared it to earlier in the week.
As far as weather goes, we lucked out: sunny all week and temps in the 70's and 80's. Still, I think it rained a bit in the week before and after we were there. We had neighbors who went a few weeks later and they got showers on 3 of the 4 days they were there.
I think that Jan and Feb are the 2 wettest month in SoCal. Still, coming from Portland, in Feb. even "bad" weather in Anaheim will usually be better than it is here.

It's not just Presidents' Day that is busy. The whole week is. Many schools have that week off. Found this one out the hard way.:sad2:
