Hi everyone! I want to go to Disney World in Orlando for my birthday, but my family is interested in going when the park is less-crowded. Definitely after the holiday seasons. We were looking to go in the beginning of February. When is the park less-crowded? Especially since we would be able to go during the school year, what are the best months?

Thank you!:)

I think you'll find some difference of opinion on this here but here's my 2 cents for what it's worth. I live in Central West FL and frequent the world (APH & DVC) and for the following reasons I think these times are the best.

Weather & crowds- late Oct, early Nov, 1st 2 weeks of Dec. Any time in Jan after the first few days of the new year and all of Feb with the exception of Pres. day weekend.

Weather alone - March & April no doubt but the crowds start to get a bit bigger then.

hope this helps.

I love the first 2-3 weeks of December (depending on when Christmas is). You get all the perks of the Christmas decorations without the crowds.

Keep in mind that lower crowds also equal shorter park hours and more ride closures.

If I could pick any time during the year, I would pick the first couple of weeks in December.

You can have a great trip no matter when you go. We went over spring break and still didn't wait more than 15 minutes for anything except Peter Pan's Flight and Dumbo.
