We are considering a trip....#4 was born June 1st. When would be the best time with age and weather?

Sept at 3 months (hopefully not too hot but still young so hopefully sleeps lots)

Oct at 4 months

Nov at 5 months

Dec at 6 months - is it still warm enough to swim in Nov and Dec. for my older kids?

THANKS!!

I would skip September and October, it will still be pretty hot. Babies under 6 months of age do not sweat effectively and can actually run a fever if they get over heated, it happened to our kids more than once when we lived in Florida.
I would probably pick November, it will be cooler but still warm enough to swim most likely.
Go to weather.com to try and get an idea of the temperature highs and lows for each month. The pools are heated, so people swim year round, but southerners like me will not swim when the air temp if cool, it depends on where you are from. But remember, the weather can fluctuate drastically during your trip. You will have to pack for everything. And, if the high of the day is 72 that means it will be 72 for a few minutes at the hottest part of the day, mornings and evenings will be cool.

Sept. is an oven. I would say November or early Dec. that way you get to the the Christmas decorations, too and it's not too crowded.
