I am planning on making reservations for December 1-December 8 at Kona Cafe, Boma, Coral reef, Teppen Edo, San Angel Inn, Tusker House and Cinderellas if possible!
With all of the festivities during the Christmas season (Micky's tree lighting at 6 p.m. in Epcot, Osborne lights at Hollywood Studios) what is the best time to eat dinner to ensure that none of the important things are missed? Before 5 or after 7? This is my 1st time and don't know if it is too painful to wait to eat dinner until after 7.
Thanks for the advise.

Is this going to be for this December? If so you are may have to very flexible to get ADRs at your choices, if they have any availbility at all. You may want to consider doing a late lunch when possible that way you won't have to worry about missing any of the night time activities.

I would think that if you don't have your reservations already made, you'll more than likely be stuck with whatever you can get, not what you want.

I'd call right away....isn't there also a free dining promo going on during that time? If so, you'll probably find little to no availabilty that week.

To answer your question, earlier is always better if you want to enjoy the nighttime activiities. And don't forget, TS dining can sometimes take a few hours so if you want to be somewhere at 7pm, don't make your reservation for 5:30 or 6pm (especially during free dining).

Good luck!

Agree with PP. Make a list of your days and first, second and third choices and hope you can get some of the ones on your list. December is actually a very busy time and ressies go fast.

So get on that phone and let us know how you make out! And lunch is your friend!

I called and made reservations to Teppen Edo, Kona, San Angel, Tokyo Dining, Boma, Coral Reef, and Crystal Palace! Thank you all and you were right, times do not matter, you take what you can get and revolve everything else around it!
Thanks!

Wow, you got all of them? I had a hard time getting Coral Reef for Dec. two weeks ago! Congratulations!

Yes I did! Cinderellas was completely booked and the Coral reef was booked everyday except for lunch one day, so I grabbed that one!
