Best time to get haircut at MK???

We are spending one day, my 30th b-day, at MK next week on Monday. DH has been "growing" his hair out so he can get it cut there and all pixie dust and painted up. When is the best time to go and get a haircut there to avoid lines, get on attractions we want to do (since we only have one day there!), and still let him get most of the day out of his pixie dust and paint???? He's gotten this done two other times, but they have always been on our arrival night of a longer trip, so we've gone at like 4,5 o'clock and had to wait only once.

We went really close to 5 o'clock, you should got around that time. (There's a very little wait)

We go right after it opens in the morning and haven't had any long waits. During the afternoon parade is usually another good time since everyone is outside watching it.

I also agree that it'd be best to go early in the day, since it gets awfully crowded there...and considering the fact that there are only two barber chairs in there, due to its very small amount of space.
