Best time to call MS? (Sorry, new owner question)

Hi, the search function seems to be not working right now, so sorry to have to ask this question.

I need to call tomorrow bright and early for a ressie...I can't find any information about the opening time. I'm in CA so I'm guessing I'll have to wake up super early to call. Can someone tell me what the time would be? 8AM Eastern?

I also can't find my member number or anything...I don't recall receiving a card in the mail. I guess I'll ask about that too when I call.

I'm a new member, too. The handbook lists the hours as 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Eastern time, Monday thru Friday (but Thursday they stay open until 7:00pm). It also states that Mondays and Tuesdays are the busiest days to call. Good luck!

Hi,

Member Services is open from 9am-530pm EST on Mondays. Mondays always seem to be very busy for Member Services so I would probably call either earlier in the morning (at 9am EST or later in the afternoon....once the rush passes).

Thank you both for your posts! I won't have to wake up at 5am, thank goodness! 6am is more reasonable!

I will try to avoid the Monday morning rush, but I also want to get my ressie , so that means I'll wake up at 5:55 AM!
