Best time to book for Sept 2014

Hey guys. We went earlier in February 2014 and book that trip in November or October of 2013, and that was because we got a steal on a hotel deal. We also went around the same time in September in 2012, but we didn't book our trip until probably a week before the trip. We are premium annual pass holders so our dates are relatively flexible besides the fact that we are hoping to avoid Labor Day weekend and seem to be shooting somewhere near the September 10-14th or so. Any suggestions as to when is the best time to book?

I think that last year AP rates for September came out around the beginning of August. It was 20% off stays 4 nights or longer with free WOC dining packages for everyone on the room reservation. Not sure if you are aware that your dates are during dapper days and the estimated beginning of Halloween time. It will be VERY busy.

Would the first week of September be a better weekend to go? I believe Labor Day weekend is the last week of August.
