Is there a time of day when Nemo is slower than others? I've heard of terribly long lines, but we don't want to miss it. We leave in 2 days!!!
:wizard: All the info and feedback here has been wonderful. Thanks!!!!!:wizard:

We got in line at about 10:00 p.m. this past Sunday or Monday (it is all a blur at this point), and had a 30 minute wait. The CM monitoring the end of the line said it was the shortest we would likely ever see the wait, so we went for it.

We had 2 days of EE on our recent visit and used one of them for Nemo. We were the 2nd family in line at the gates at 6:30am for a 7am EE. We jogged/walked to Nemo (the CMs had us got the LONG way around the Matterhorn) and we literally walked on the subs. Granted, we had to walk through the entire queue and then a 2 minute wait to load the subs. We were off and still had EE time left:thumbsup2

We did see very short lines about 11:30pm on our last night. So, if you don't want to get up early, maybe staying up late will help you.

2 best times:

-Late afternoon/evening. Lines have been reported around 30-45 minutes during this time.

-Early morning ONLY if you are at the front of the pack at opening (EE or not). If you're in the middle of the crowd at opening it's better to try again in the late afternoon/evening. Lines can get up to 60 minutes 30 minutes into the day.

We also rode Nemo during Early Entry (our trip was in August). We were at the gates by 6:45 a.m. and there was already a large group of people waiting to get in. At 7:00 a.m. they started letting people in and nearly everyone headed toward Nemo. We walked quickly and got in line right away. It took us 30 minutes to reach the front of the line and board the ride. The rest of the day, the wait never went below 90 minutes and was often well over 2 hours so we were glad we went early. We stayed until midnight twice and the line was still well over an hour even that late.

If you're getting at least a 3 day pass, you'll be eligible for Early Entry on one day. I would recommend getting there before 7:00 a.m. and riding Nemo first thing. It's really early, but it's worth it. After Nemo, we were able to do a bunch of Fantasyland rides before the park got too crowded. Most rides didn't have lines until after 9:00 a.m.

There is really no good time to ride Nemo the lines are always longer than any other ride.
I would just try to get lucky with a 30-45 min wait that will probably be your best bet.
Try to check the line alot during the week Mon-Thurs seems to be the slowest times since people are working and kids are in school(or are supposed to be).

Monday night we got in line at about 8:45pm for what we were told would be a 1 hr wait, but it only turned out to be 35 minutes.

We rode Monday during the early parade and the line was only an hour.

I went in Sept on a Weds. I too rode during the night parade and it was exactly 30 mins from line to seated in the sub. Personally, if not for my kids wanting to see it, I dont care about the ride enough to bother with it again. My kids really want to see it.

I just don't see the attraction to it. The special effects were good but not something I haven't seen before. Nemo needs more than subs. He needs a high speed adventurous thrill ride to show what Merlin went through to get him back. They skipped alot from the movie. I know alot of the rides do that.
