Best time of day to do Blink?

What is the best time of day to do blink? I never realized that some of the points were temporary. Is there a good time of day to catch maximum points?

I've been doing Blink since July and have found no real pattern to the bonus points. Sometimes DH and I do it at the same time, his from work and mine from home.....and one of us will get tons of bonus points, the other, only 5s and 15s. Go figure!
