Best time of day to call to make resv

I am FINALLY getting ready to call & make reservations.....& I work on the phone all day at my job & I know the worse time to call me is just before I leave or right when I come in....but WDW resv is 24hrs.....SO............

Anyone know a good "time" to call?? Day of week??

Anyone noticed when a CM seems in a better mood & is not hiffing at all my questions/requests??

I know this might be an impossible question to answer, so Im not expecting any miracles

Actually Disney reservations is not a 24 hour operation, they are open daily from 0700-2200 eastern time. As far as a best time of day, probably between 1330 and 1530 when shifts would tend to overlap the most.

We've always had very helpful cm's from 7-8pm. We're on the East Coast.

For Our 1st trip to WDW last year
I called several different times to change
things on my ressie and the only
problem that I encountered was either
my cell dropped the call or theirs did.
That is the only time that I have ever
had a call dropped.
Then it takes twice as long to get wahat you need done,
I hate that!!
