Best time of day at crowded times?

We're going to WDW starting this weekend for a week (3/26-4/3). I'm spoiled because we usually go in early November when it's not crowded, so I know this is going to be a rude awakening. My kids don't do lines well, and my SIL had knee surgery recently and probably won't do well standing in lines either, so I'm wondering if there are times of day that are better than others to be in the parks as far as crowds go. We're staying at FW so we could go and come back if need be. Any advice for minimizing line times?

Mornings are always best during crowded times, be there at opening and do the things that will be horrendous lines later.
Also use Fastpass!!!
