Best time (least busy) to visit a theme park ticket window to activate a new AP?

Hmm, curious. Do plastic cards work the same way as MBs for ride photos?

Thought if it as when we were in DL last year we got ride photos yet only had paper cards, not MBs.

Cards can be tapped if there are photo screens after the ride. Also you could have gotten the photos linked via Bluetooth on your phone.

I added on Water Parks and more to our tickets before we arrived so we activated our AP's at Typhoon Lagoon for this trip. No line at Guest Services and we had a good time there.

HS entrance or Epcot International Gateway is the best for us. We normally stay at Riviera so it's not hard to get to those windows.
