Best time for Tusker House "Brunch"?

We're planning a late Tusker House breakfast for our upcoming trip. If I book a 10:30 or 10:45 reservation, would we have breakfast and lunch offerings? Do they clear breakfast promptly at 11:00 and switch it for lunch... or keep both out for a period of time?

Finally, is the meal price determined by the time of your ADR, or when you're actually seated? Wondering if we would pay breakfast price if we make a 10:45 ADR, but aren't seated until after 11:00.

We like to go at 10:45 so we can try both the breakfast and lunch offerings. They usually start the turn to lunch around 11, but they do it slow and breakfast stuff stays out until at least 1130 or so. And yes you pay for what you booked, so at 10:45 you'll pay the cheaper breakfast price regardless of when you are seated and get to enjoy both meals. We won't eat at Tusker any other time

I am really excited for our 10:45 Tusker ADR in September! We will have already done over an hour of park time and I'm sure our appetites will be up to a buffet

We have a 10:50am at Tusker with the Rivers of Light package. My goal was also to get both Breakfast and lunch offerings and that seemed like the best time slot to me
