So what is the best time for a wedding at SBP at the end of september? Is the 12oclock slot too hot? Is the 2.30 slot likely to be rained out? Will the 5pm slot be too dark for good pics?
Thanks

i was looking to find out sunset times in october and even then, the sun wasn't setting until 7pm.... so i can at least tell you that the 5pm slot won't be too dark.

We're getting married in November after daylight savings, and the sun still doesn't set until around 6 pm...so it would be even earlier in September.

um... no? the reason we have daylights saving time is because the days are getting shorter... so back in september, the days are still longer than they are in november.

Yea..that's what I was saying if you read my post correctly. Fall back, spring ahead. There are 2 parts to Daylight Savings and our wedding is after you "fall back" and it's still light out at 5. Hence why I said it would be even lighter in September at that time.

ahh... okay. i just got mixed up with the phrasing. i thought you were saying the sunset would be earlier. sorry about the mixup.

We had the 2:30pm time slot at SBP on Oct 14th 2010 it was the perfect time for us. Not to hot (nice breeze) and no rain!! Hope that helps.
