Hi, I wonder if anyone can help me? Its our first visit and I am looking at buying tickets for 2 adults and 2 children aged 7 & 8. My 2.5 year old will also be coming but obviously doesn't need a ticket. We are staying at a campsite, not at DLP and plan on spending 2-3 days there next weekend.

I understand its cheaper to buy annual passes if you plan on going for more than one day. Is it cheapest to buy from multiavantages and if so do I buy these before I travel? I have seen on other threads that if you buy from multiavantages you get free passes for 3-6 year olds. Could I get one for my youngest before she is 3 (as we may go back when she is 3)? Any useful tips would be most gratefully received as we are travelling on a tight budget! Thanks in advance.

Hello and welcome to the boards :goodvibes

When you say next weekend you are talking about the 25/26th ?

If so and you are quick you'll have enough time to order and receive your AP's from Cem

You can get a AP for your 2.5 yr old and it will run at on the same dates as yours even if they don't need it until they are 3

:)

Hi CC, thank you! Yes we are leaving the UK next Thursday (23/9) and will travelling home on 29/8. I take it the passes are sent to my home address? Is that leaving it a bit tight?

Most people report getting them within 4 days so if you joined today and then bought your tickets straight away after receiving your password they should be posted today and arrive in time.

You could always send an email to CEM now and ask them what they think - Alice will already be at work as it's 9..00 here

Also, if I buy annual passes, are we unable to visit on consecutive days?

That's only if you buy the Francilien. If you buy a Fantasy or a Dream you don't have the 2nd and 3rd day restriction.

I have tried calling CEM in France but the lady I spoke to did not speak any English and unfortunately my French is dreadful! Someone phoned me back but still didn't speak English but did mention Alice.

Can anyone tell me how CEM works? Do I pay a joining fee before I buy the tickets? Thank you.

You pay 20€ to join and then they send you by mail your password

You log in with that and then buy your 4 AP's for the over 7's and the 6.90€ postage

They will then send you an email asking how many under 7's AP's you need and you'll say 1 and then they send them out usually that day :)

Thank you so much for your help. I think I'd better wait for a reply from my email before joining as I don't want to risk paying for tickets that don't arrive on time! I would be a very unpopular mummy!

I have heard back from Alice and unfortunately the tickets will not arrive in time. Can anyone recommend any alternatives to get the best value tickets? Thank you.

I'll have a look ..give me the exact dates that you are after - number of days - 1 park or 2 etc

Shame about CEM, I guess with it being August post risks being slower and they don't want to run the risk that they won't arrive in time :confused3

We are not sure of our exact dates over the weekend but were planning on doing 2 parks/2 days. CEM can send the vouchers to an address in France but I wondered if its a bit risky having the vouchers sent to a campsite - what would your thoughts be?

Thank you so much.

I wouldn't but I'm parano :rotfl: What if the campsite said that they had never received the tickets but had and you can't do anything about it or refused them if they were signed for mail and then it goes either back to CEM or the post office where you'd have to go and prove your identity and address (which you couldn't as it would be the campsite)

Have you asked the campsite if they would do this and do you know them at all ?

The cheapest ticket options after that would be via the Fnac and you could print out your tickets for 0,50€ each

The Francilien tickets have to be booked at least 5 days in advance so you'd need to know your dates

These ones are 1 day - 2 park tickets

Trying to see if any of the others offers are still running :)

Thank you so much for all your help. I have emailed the company to see if they will email me tickets so fingers crossed!

Hi Carrie, Paris-billets came back to me and said they could email our tickets, which was fab. We decided that we were a bit restricted with these though as we wanted to go on Saturday & Monday (not on the consecutive days). So at the moment we have no tickets but think we will buy annual passes on the door. Thank you so much for your help, it's been great.

Does anyone happen to know if we pay for our parking on the first day, then buy annual tickets, will our parking be refunded?

Unfortunately not so rather than paying the 15€ for the day follow the road signs to Disney Village and park in the Vinci parking garage.

It's cheaper (10€ for 24 hrs) and it's closer to the parks :thumbsup2

Hope you have a great time and come back with your thoughts on it all :goodvibes
