I just had it last night... the cowgirl Ribeye with truffle butter at STK. it was sooo good.

Steak is something that I think Disney restaurants are good at preparing.

I can’t say that any of the steaks I’ve enjoyed at Disney are the best steaks I’ve ever had (I had a best dinner ever at the Yachtsman and steak was what I ordered tho). But I can’t remember being served a poor quality steak or a badly prepared one in WDW.

We have ordered them at Coral Reef, Mama Melrose, Raglan Road, and Be Our Guest among other Disney establishments, and we have been consistently pleased with our meals. Bottom line—you usually can’t go wrong with the steak on a Disney dinner menu.

If in doubt, get the steak.

Best steak ever, not just on WDW property, was curiously at FF. Jiko filet over mac-n-cheese was very good, but not as memorable.

Shula's for me hands down. Amazing steaks and the service is top notch as well. The porterhouse was the best I've ever had and their chocolate souffle is to die for. Going back in December...can't wait!

Shula's filet...or just about any steak on their menu. This is the one MUST reservation every trip. (I know, it is available in other cities, but it is consistently terrific every time we have been there--something that I just cannot say for many of the Disney signature restaurants)

The Flying Fish also had a bison steak last year that was wonderful. It was a very nice surprise since I can’t have fish and was with the rest of the family went there for fish. It was truly impressive to have such a great steak in a restaurant that specializes in fish.
