There seem to be a lot of swim/snorkel choices for St. Thomas. When we go in March 2017 it will just be me and DH. I would like a little time for shopping so I guess I don't want an all-day excursion, and I am not looking at coral world or any hiking. Some of them mention swimming with turtles which sounds cool. Any recommendations?

We did the pirate ship one that went to Turtle Bay. It was a half day if I remember. You got on the pirate ship, it took you out to turtle bay and you snorkeled for an hour. On the way back there was rum punch for the adults and fruit punch for the kids. Our guides were great and turtle cove was pretty. One of the guides would swim with us and point out different fish and look for where the turtles and other bigger sea creatures were so you didn't waste time trying to find them on your own. It was a great morning.
