We try to get areas that might have some shade later in the day. Other than that, we are grateful when we are able to get any chair to keep our stuff on.
We always try to get lounge chairs under a shade pavillion. That way we can eat lunch (we bring a cooler) and nap or read during the strong sun part of the day. I know the one we usually grab at BB is to the right, not far from the iceberg area for preteens.
The most important thing is to get there as early as you possibly can. Even a few hours after the park opens chairs are very hard to find.
You can or should be able to pick up a park map at your resort (if you are staying on property.. and possibly even if you aren't). I would get one and become familiar with it. Then get a spot close to the area you are going to spend the most time.
Thanks for the replies. It is hard to tell on the maps which spots are beach areas. I guess I can assume that the area near the wave pools are beach areas. Thanks again.
At TL, We got a cabana overlooking the wave pool (but facing the other way) just above the far right side. It was a nice location that was shaded all day and wasn't too crowded.
This is a great question........So does anyone have a map they can get onto the computer. I have never been to either water park so I am a little confused.
