Trying to find a cheap flight to Myrtle Beach From Feb 21 to 23. Where other than Yahoo travel to look?

I usually use Expedia, because I'm boycotting Orbitz due to their zillion pop-up ads.

Also, once you find the carriers who run there, check the individual carrier websites. Sometimes the fares there are a little cheaper.

You could check expedia.com or orbitz.com or travelocity.com, but I've found the cheapest rates on the airline's web sites.

Jen makes a good point -- always follow-up with the carriers themselves after checking a site like Orbitz or Expedia (I usually use Orbitz).

Just as an f.y.i., some of the travel sites charge a fee for tickets.

Keep checking the airline sites because taking the fees into account, you might get the best deals there.

i have almost always found the best deals at orbitz, but i usually check a ton of places, including the airline's own website.

I check on orbitz and travelocity. Once I find a price I take it to the airline's website and order from them. So far I haven't found a price on one of those websites that was better than what I found on the airline's website... I have also found better times available for the same price and I usually save the $10-20 that orbitz & travelocity seem to charge. And one time I did find cheaper flights on the airline's website due to an internet special that no one else showed.

Marlasmom beat me to it; cheaptickets.com has given me some great rates for our trip to Orlando in January, and even out of Richmond, VA which is unheard of because it's a smaller airport with less frequent flights.

We usually have to fly out of Baltimore or Washington, D.C. which is anywhere from 1 to 1 1/2 hours drive...just to get to the airport! If we can snag a flight out of Richmond, we're grabbing it!

Good luck!

I got $130.00 for a round trip ticket to Orlando on Northwest on travelocity. Cheapest I ever got. Delta has a monopoly on our airport and charges about $300.00 for a round trip tic to Orlando.
