Best site for finding rental home condo?

What are the best sites for finding rental condos? I am booked in a hotel right now but thinking for looking at some houses.

Hi, folks on this board are can be very helpful and really know the area...your question is kind of like asking where you can find a good car...excellent question but a little to broad to really help you!

If we know the following we can be of much more help...
Appx dates
number of adults and kids
number of days
budget for 2-3 bedroom/2bath home or condo....
bare bones ($65 to $80ish a night)...probably a condo
skinny bones...($80-110)
medium bones ($110-130)
Meaty bones...($130 and up)

Many "old pros" on this board rent direct from owners and stay away from the hundreds of management companies in the Orlando area...nothing personal, you just get a better deal as a rule, and get to pick the exact home or condo you want. Plus you are dealing directly with the owner of the property...just kinds of makes for a nice deal all the way around...
"By owner" web sites have literally thousands of properties and come very generic like
www.vrbo.com or www.vacationarentals.com or www.villas2000.com

or they have homes only a certain developement or community like Windsor Hills or Emerald Island...I am sure you get some great help with just a little more info for the crew here.

number of days 8 days 7 nights
budget for 2-3 bedroom/2bath home or condo....
bare bones ($65 to $80ish a night)...probably a condo would do fine. We are on a bit of a budget.
We are currently booked in a suite with a kitchenette.

You could try www.orlando-rental-home.com I have stayed here a lot and it is really nice and in a great location at Emerald Island resort.

Hi, here are a couple of websites that might help...they are owner direct sites...

http://www.villas2000.com/frbvo/orlandocondos.php this is the condos only page...

www.greatrentals.com and start with the two or 3 bedroom condos around Disney

Some basic but really nice condos are Villas at Sommerset, Villas at Island Club, Windsor Hills, Emerald Island, and lots of good reviews lately of Grand Palms which is very close to Island Club...all these are very easy drive to Disney...The post above from Martina is a good example of a nice Emerald Island Condo...

You should be able to find a nice 3 bedroom for 65 to 80 a night during the time you are going. they will be much larger than a suite with Kitchenette, and give you a private bathroom for the adults.
Be a little picky and if you want a king bed, look for a king bed and TV in your bedroom if you want one...

I used www.vrbo.com to find my home. But.... this is another great website.

http://www.homeaway.com

you can type in your dates, style of accomodation, bedroom requirements etc, and it will give you a list.
