Best sit down place for lunch?

Hi everyone! My boys and I are going to WDW April 28-May 2 on the last day I'm thinking of doing a lunch at one of the sit down restaurants. I really wanted to do a character lunch, but I wasn't sure where? I have also thought about doing Whispering Canyon because of the positive responses here & I know my boys would love all that craziness, but then again everyone has had a different experience and I would be kind of sad if we didn't have that great of a time there. So at least w/ the character meal we would get to take some pics w/ the characters before we left.

Anyway a few other things to consider. We're staying at ASmov and we have 4 day park tickets and some waterpark passes. This may be a dumb question, but hey this is my first trip Since we don't have tickets to the park for that last day does that also mean we can't eat at any of the restaurants that are in the parks as well, like if we wanted to do Garden Grill? Since our plane leaves Orlando at 6pm I was thinking that a lunch would be all that we would do for that last day after checkout before heading to the airport... One last question is it too late to get PS somewhere since our trip is only a few weeks away?

Anyway, I'm getting ready to go but I'll check back later. Any suggestions & advice would be greatly appreciated!! I've learned so much from these forums. Thanks so much

yes, you are correct. if you have used all your park entries then on the last day you will not be able to enter any park. it might not be too late get any PS, but i would suggest calling ASAP. have you considered doing a character dinner as a last hurrah and then maybe whispering canyon cafe on the day y'all leave? good luck!

If your kids like animals, it might be fun to go to one of the restaurants at AKL. There is ESPN at the BWI or Beaches and Cream at the Y&B Club. It always fun to spend your last day at the Boardwalk.
