BEST Signature Dining (Use of @ TS Credits)?

I'd love to hear opinions on the best signature dining experiences, i.e. the best circumstances to spend 2 TS credits for one meal. By "best", I mean in terms of cost, cuisine, experience, etc. -- not just judging on cost alone.

For us it's California Grill. We've eaten there several times and the food is wonderful!!! The view is perfect and Wishes is such fun to watch from there. We usually go out on the observation deck and watch then come back in for dessert...
