Best & Shortest Route From Airport w/Grocery Stop

We have a PS for the evening that we arrive at WDW but I am concerned about whether we will be able to make it there on time.

What type of travel time should I anticipate from the Orlando airport to Fort Wilderness?

Any suggestions for a good route to take if we have time to stop for groceries?

The best route is 417 from the airport to the resort. There is a Super Targert on the Orange Blossom Trail exit along with an Albertsons. Very easy off and on the highway.
