We have a Sat night ressie for Cinderella's Royal Table in Jan and we were told while making the reservation that we could request where we would like to sit - any suggestions? We were thinking near a window so that we could see the MK while we were eating, but I am wondering if there is a better place to sit for the most/best character interaction...

When we were there in Feb the day of the princess half marathon all I recall was seeing roof tops from te windows. If you looked down you could see the people running through the castle but that was all I could recall seeing. I wasn't all that impressed with the view honestly.

We had reservations when we were in the world in may. We just happened to get a window seat... It had not requested it but it made the experience that much more magical. We loved the view!!!

We once had a view right by the window, supposedly it was the best view in all of the restaurant according to the Hostess seating us, however like the PP we saw a lot of roof tops. The one cool part was that we watched the carousel go round and round, but that was it. To me, the best part of the restaurant is sitting somewhere where you can see the whole inside of it. I love the architecture and detail in there. I like to sit somewhere on the lower level on the opposite side of the windows. Here you have a wonderful view of the princesses as they come out too :goodvibes.

When are you eating? If you request and get a window seat/table, you might have a pretty neat view of Wishes. As many folks will say, inside CRT is not the most ideal/best place to watch the fireworks, but if you've already seen them from MS, then this makes a fun/unique/different view. I liked seeing the fireworks through the stained glass windows.

In terms of character interactions, the princesses will visits every table, so it doesn't really matter where you sit.

never heard of you getting a choice but usually the table of two and the table of four to be the first seated for each mealtime get the tables nearest the window overlooking the carousel - fabulous view.

At any character meal, I always prefer to sit against a wall... that way I have a background for my photos that does not include other diners (and their dirty dishes!). If you make a special request at any restaurant, you might have to wait longer.
