Best route from Yacht Club to Polynesian, early in morning

I am a newbie to Disney Transportation-- we've always rented a car. We will be at the YC, and have an early ADR at Kona. What is the best way to get there? It is 8:30 am, and Epcot will not be open until 9.

Be at the bus stop at 7:15, and a bus to the MK should be along within 20 minutes. When you reach the MK, take the Resort Monorail to the Poly. That should get you there safely by 8:15.

Or you can sleep in longer, and cab it for about 15.00 plus tip.
