We are doing a DC & SW vacay and have friends who will be at WDW staying at the Poly. We are meeting them for dinner on at Kona for a 5:00 PM reservation on a Thursday evening. Google maps takes me down I4 to WDW and it's appears to be only about 10 miles away, but I'm wondering if I4 will have heavy traffic at that hour of the day. I'm guessing we'll leave our hotel around 3:30ish. Any advice?

Sea World is right off of I-4. There is only one other reasonably direct route, International Drive, which parallels I-4 to the east and reaches 436 which goes west to Epcot.
If I-4 is jammed, then I-Drive is likely to be jammed also.
