Best route from Sanford airport to Cape Canaveral

What do you find is the best route from Sanford International Airport to the port (Cape Canaveral)?

Highway 46 to 95?
Or, 417 to 528?

Well, 46>95 would not incur any tolls, but I'd take 417>528. Pretty sure it will be faster.

I do 95 .... very little traffic on 46 ... and 95 is not a problem around here

417 seems like back tracking and why pay tolls?
