Best route from Orlando Airport to Vero beach??

Whats the best route from the Orlando Airport to Disney's Vero beach resort?? About how long is the trip??? AAAAAAAAAAND if anyone happens to know the best way to WDW from Vero.... I know in the past we've gone two different ways.... one way that disney tells your to go and one way we looked up on mapquest... Thanks for all suggestions....
