best room in BLT

I am going to BLT in Feb. staying studio lake view. What floor or area should I request? 4th floor? Near elevator? I dont want to walk a quarter mile to the lobby like I did at Kidani, but I also dont want too noisy.

The 5th floor of BLT is on same level as 4th floor of CR. We have stayed in a 1BR on the 5th floor(7542) and liked being on the same level as the walkway.
It is a pretty quiet hotel so I am not sure about noise from elevator.
I might ask for 5th floor, south side near 7538,7540. This would get you close to the walkway and the elevators are right next to walkway.

We were up pretty high (? 14th floor) and loved the view. It also reduced the noise from the pool area. We were in the center, which meant we were 1/2 way between each of the 2 elevators. This is a MUCH more compact resort than Kidani. I know what you mean ..... we love it there, but were almost at the far end and it was quite a hike. Even if you're at the very end of BLT, it's only a few doors away from the elevator.

We were recently in 8132 and we loved this room. It was right around the corner from the elevator on the 11th floor. We had a view of the Contemporary and marina with the GF off to the right. It was a very easy trek down the elevator to the 5th floor and right over to CR. The elevator lets you out right at the walkway. Have fun!

No need to really worry about distance too much at any room in BLT. They are all pretty close to the elevators. 5th floor would be very convenient as you would hardly ever have to use the elevator...however, the elevators are very quick and efficient at BLT....they are also very close to just about every room.

I'd recommend asking for a high floor...this will provide the most stunning views of Walt Disney World!

We just recently stayed in room 7914 and it was amazing!!!! We had he perfect view of the lake and Magic Kingdom! We were right near the elevator it was really convenient. This is a handicap accessible room so it may not be available for a request but when you check in, find out! Good luck - I love all the rooms at BLT!
