Best rides to use our fast passes on for energetic 4 & 6 year olds

We are a family of 6 adults & 2 children boy age 4 & girl age 6. I know the best rides for all the adults but have no idea for the children. We want to make the best use of the fast passes for them. Any suggestions on which rides to book in advance for the children would really help.

Any of the fantasyland rides are obviously better when the line is shorter (?sometimes) and / or keeps moving (Peter Pan, Pooh, Under the Sea, Belle's Enchanted Tales...), but I would also add to that obvious list, things like Jungle Cruise (if it's of interest to your family) as the line move slowly when the park is crowded...and Pirates of the Caribbean falls in that category for me as well. In HS, any of the TSL rides are better for kids when they don't have to wait too long. However, on the flip-side, I wouldn't FP rides like Dumbo as it has a GREAT play area for the kids and, frankly, the longer the line, the better for them to work off some of that energy in the play area. Depends on the kids. We took our boys a couple years ago and they were 4 and 7 years old, so similar age! Our 4 year old is super tall so he did everything but Tower of Terror and RnR coaster. His favorite rides were Space Mountain and Expedition Everest and he hated dumbo and magic carpet.

I like using FP on the attractions that are the biggest time savers, not necessarily the ones we want to ride most. So if anyone in your party has an interest in the highest priority attractions at each park, that is where I would use FP. I would go by park and then by day and have everyone pick one "must do and hope to do?" and go from that. Its hard to advise as we don't know how tall the kids are or what their interest are - star wars vs princesses vs pirates or animal lovers....

Go in with reasonable expectations and know what each child has a top priority and try to incorporate that - then everything else is a bonus. Take time to enjoy the things you do in "passing" like the pop up shows or stopping to play in a fountain/playground as well as the headliners.
