Best rides to do in the afternoon/evening ?

My wife, I and the kids are going from Daytona Beach to our Hotel in Orlando on March 27 (Sunday) We have the 14 day ticket but thought we would mosey over to Universal and IOA that afternoon/evening for a stroll and maybe catch a few rides. Any ideas on what rides we would have a good chance at getting on without to much waiting ?
