hey everyone I'm going to Disney World from March 10-14 and I was wondering where the best and worst restaurants (doesn't have to be a sit-down restaurant) and any suggestions on what to eat.

What are you looking for? What kind of food does your group like? And what price range are you looking for?

I strongly suggest going to the restaurant board and checking out the dining reports because you can get a feel of what restaurants serve (with pictures)...just a warning though...don't look on an empty stomach! LOL

board has a lot of people willing to help out in finding places to eat. Most everyone has an opinion and they vary quite often. (I place myself in that category so no harm intended.) Also, if you click on the dining tab above you can get to a page that lists all of the Disney restaurants. There is a menu for each restaurant - they usually have the date of submittal. Some are older than others. There is also a link to reviews by people on this board. The number of reviews varies by restaurant, but from my view people give their honest opinions.

Some of my favorites:

CS

MK - Columbia Harbor House, Cosmic Ray's and Pecos Bill's

Epcot - Sunshine Seasons, Yorkshire Fish House, Sommerfest, Cantina de San Angel, Moroccan CS

DHS - Studio Catering (limited menu)

DAK - Flame Tree

DTD - Earl of Sandwich and Wolfgang Puck Express

TS

Biergarten - EP
Crystal Palace - MK
Ohana - Poly
The Plaza - MK
Kona Cafe - Poly
The Wave - Contemporary
50s Prime Time - DHS
Sci Fi Dine Inn (kitschy and stick with the burgers) - DHS
Cape May breakfast (character) - Beach Club
CRT lunch (we have a six year old daughter) - MK
Restaurant Marrekesh - EP
House of Blues - DTD
Rose and Crown - EP
Artist Point - Wilderness Lodge
Flying Fish - Boardwalk area
Boma - Animal Kingdom Lodge
Jiko - AKL

I'm sure I have left a lot out from that list.

If you are going this March, you will have a hard time getting any Advance Dining Reservations at any of the popular restaurants at this point, especially the character meals. ADRs open up 180 day out, and with the popularity of the dining plan and the fact you are going during the start of the spring break season, you won't be able to get walk-up reservations at most of the popular place either. The best thing to do would be to get on the Disney website and go under dining and see what restaurants have availability for booking.

OHana - BUT BRING A LARGE APPETITE. No need to worry about what to eat - it's 1 menu. Our best meal and dining experience on our recent solo trip w/o the kids

Le Cellier in Canada at Epcot is one of our favorites for a good steak! Very hard to get into, though! Other favorites include Pecos Bill, Casey's Corner, Cosmic Ray's at MK. Seasons at the Land pavilion at Epcot is a great healthy option. Have not had a stellar dining experience anywhere at Hollywood Studios or Animal Kingdom. If you want to have a lot of fun, try Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary Resort or Whispering Canyon Cafe at Wilderness Lodge.

I think Ohanas(at the Polynesian resort) :love:and Le Cellier(in Canada) are the best restaurants in Disney.

We like Ohana's a lot.
I think the Big River Brewing Company at the Boardwalk is a nice alternative. It doesn't seem as proccesed as most of Disney food.
Flame Tree Barbacue at AK is really good.
Wolf Gang Puck Express at DTD is very good.
